Proudly presenting - the official website of illustrator and author Elizabeth Zechel! From confident birds to farmyard animals, from (friendly) monsters under the bed to cookbooks you'll want in your kitchen, Elizabeth displays a keen attention to detail as well as a sense of whimsy.

Elizabeth wrote and illustrated the children's book Is There a Mouse in the Baby's Room? In addition to her work for literary journals, magazines and cookbooks, she has also illustrated children's books written by others, such as The Little General and the Giant Snowflake and These Birds Don't Fly: An Alphabet of Absurd Birds, both by Matthea Harvey.
